24-hour care, 7 days a week
The majority of our customers say they love us because we’re on-site 24-hours a day, seven days a week, caring for their pets. With our 24-Hour Pet Care Promise^SM, pet parents can take comfort in knowing their pets have someone caring for them all day and through the night.

Veterinarians on-call and on-site
Pet parents also like the fact that we have Banfield, The Pet Hospital^®, on-site, in many locations to attend to any urgent medical needs that may arise while the pet is in our care. Also, we have a veterinarian on-call 24-hours a day. It’s nice to know that we’re prepared to care for your pet in case of an emergency. We know that’s comforting to all pet parents.

Safe and sound
Guest security is an issue taken seriously at PetSmart PetsHotel. Upon registration, every dog & cat receives an individual identification collar. For additional safety, multiple video cameras are located throughout the hotel, and their activity is constantly monitored and recorded.

PetSmart PetsHotel amenities
It’s the little things that set us apart. Pets have access to amenities such as televisions (tuned to pet-themed shows), poochy cots, hypoallergenic lambskin blankets and the Bone Booth^®, which pet parents can use to check-in with their pets during their stay. We also have add-on packages available to customize your pets stay and Doggie Day Camp for those dogs that like to socialize and make friends

Our feline guests stay in a section of PetSmart PetsHotel called Kitty Cottages, complete with kitty condos that include a wide view of the hotel so pets can “watch the world”. To reduce stress on both cats and dogs, Kitty Cottages are separate from the dog atrium – there are even separate air ventilation systems to prevent dogs and cats from picking up each other’s scent. Plus, air is circulated constantly for guests breathing pleasure.
