Here’s how it works:

This exclusive promotion is available to our PetPerks®savings card members.


Step 1:
If you are already a member:
You're all set! However, please call 1-866-PET-PERKS to verify that we have your correct mailing address. Please verify that your preference is set to allow us to send you promotional offers via email or Direct mail. If you'd like to receive a reward notification e-mail, please call 1-866-PET-PERKS to confirm your e-mail address or have it added to your account.

Step 2:
Present your PetPerks savings card or key tag every time you purchase a day camp or day care session during each month of the promotion. Please have your card scanned; scanning your card is the only way to ensure your account gets credited. If you rely on giving your phone number and it gets keyed incorrectly, the session won't count. Remember to use the SAME card/card number every time you purchase a session.

Step 3:
For every 10 sessions of day camp or day care purchased during select calendar months, you'll receive your next session Free!
At the end of each month, your reward will be mailed to you. Allow
3-4 weeks for reward coupon. See coupon for further details. The discounted session will be good for 45 days from the date it was mailed to you. Your reward stays begin at zero (0) at the beginning of each month. The stays are PER dog. So, if you have two dogs and you bring them in four times during the month, you will earn a discounted session.

We do not have a promotion for frequent users of our overnight service at this time. This promotion is ONLY for day camp or day care users. If you purchase a day camp stay in conjunction with an overnight stay, this camp session will count toward your eight.

Step 4:
The promotion will run during select months

Remember, you must purchase ten sessions in a calendar month to receive the reward. For every ten, you'll get a reward coupon mailed to you. For example, purchase 20 sessions in February, and receive two Free session coupons. However, if you purchase five sessions in February and five in March, this does not qualify for a Free session.

Step 5:
Receiving and redeeming your reward
You'll receive your reward coupon in the mail 3-4 weeks after the promotional month ends. For example, if you qualify to earn 1 free session for February, you'll receive your reward by the last week in March. You can redeem your discounted session any time you'd like before the expiration date, based on availability. The discounted session does NOT count toward your next ten stays. The reward has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. See the reward coupon for further restrictions.

Step 6:
Checking your status
You can call your local PetSmart PetsHotel® or Doggie Day Camp manager during normal business hours and ask to review your account history. Please save your receipts in case there is a discrepancy between our records and the number of sessions you think your dog has completed. If we have your e-mail address on file, we'll e-mail you at the beginning of the next month to let you know if you've earned a reward(s). Please ask a store associate if you have any questions.

Your card will be activated the first time you use it when making a purchase in the store. To take advantage of the promotion during the current month, call 1-866-PET-PERKS at least 48 hours after your activation to give them your information. This will expedite the process so you can begin earning rewards earlier. Be sure to provide your current mailing address and set your preference to allow us to mail to you so we can send you your reward postcards. Someone is available to take your call Monday-Friday from 8am-11pm ET and Saturday and Sunday from 8am-10pm ET.
