For the health and safety of our guests, all dogs and cats must have up-to-date records for all of the vaccinations PetSmart requires. We do not accept home vaccinations or titer tests in lieu of vaccinations for any pets. Vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. We prefer that
vaccinations be administered 10 days
prior
to check-in.
Written proof of the following are required for all guests.

Fleas & Ticks:
All pets should be flea and tick free. Canine guests with signs of fleas and/or ticks will be treated at the grooming salon at the Pet Parent’s expense prior to check-in. Unfortunately feline guests with signs of fleas and/or ticks will not be permitted to check in to the PetSmart PetsHotel.
PetSmart does not accept titer tests in lieu of vaccinations for any pets.
Personal Items:
We ask that you limit your pet’s personal belongings to two items. These items should be labeled with a permanent marker before bringing them in. For your pet’s safety, we cannot accept rawhide, pig ears, or hooves.
